Your Child Is Welcome!
There are openings in all classes at this point in the school year. LIFE offers a full program for students age 3 through 8th grade (for 2011-12). All classes meet in the facilities of Grace Lutheran Church, next to the U of O campus at 710 E. 17th Ave., Eugene.
LIFE is an I-17 school and can issue
I-20 certificates to non-immigrant students wishing to enroll from
a foreign country. If you are a family
desiring a high quality American education in a small caring
environment for your child, please contact us.
LIFE offers a combination of state-certified child care and preschool classes designed to meet the needs and schedules of families. A full, five day program is available along with two and three day options. Full day child care may be part of the program. Both half day and full day kindergarten are available and child care may accompany both of these options. All LIFE! School teachers hold current Oregon teacher certification.

Climate
You will notice LIFE! School’s exceptional climate as soon as you enter the building. One family enrolled a middle school student specifically to provide a more positive experience for their child, and was so pleased with the school that it enrolled the younger sibling as well!
Students feel welcome and relaxed thanks to the Christian family attitude they develop towards one another.
Personal Attention
LIFE! School
is small. Small is good. In a small school, every child is important. Each
student is known and appreciated. Personal attention is abundant. With
a limit
of 18 students
per classroom, no child is overlooked. Everyone has a part in
the play and no one is cut from the LIFE! basketball team. Personal attention
produces results like these:
• LIFE! School alumni have achieved academic and professional success at
• Stanford University
• University of Texas
• University of Oregon Honors College
• Pricewaterhouse Coopers
Scholarships
LIFE! Lutheran School is very dear to many people. For 30 years churches, businesses, families and individuals have been giving volunteer hours, materials, prayer, and strong financial support. Their generosity allows us to offer a substantial scholarship program. Our tuition schedule already reflects an automatic $1000 per year scholarship for each student.
